XPuser was once a community with forums and windows news posted regularly , as time went on and life went on it slowly became unpopular and fizzed out, I myself (Nathan) owner of the domain still use it for email purposes, maybe one day I can think of how to redesign and utilize the website again, till then it's just a random page !
